    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to send the product back to us.
    • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), Gearz21 will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Once we receive your returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards, custom orders, and items on sale are non-refundable.
